Interbay Food Company was established in 1989. In 1998, Olympic View Meats and Interbay Food Company merged to become a top competitor in the Seattle area producing high quality cuts of portion controlled beef, pork, poultry, and seafood.

Our newly renovated 12,000 square foot facility for production and distribution is located in Woodinville, Washington. Our facility is centrally located to the greater Seattle area, and is a modernized operation including refrigerated warehouse space, federally inspected production areas, sales, and administrative offices.  The operation is managed by Joseph Petschl with support from the sales manager Paul Gould, procurement head Mark Stuvland, production and plant manager Rob Petschl, and seafood specialist Logina Parente. The core management team combines for over 130 years of experience in ten different meat and seafood operations.

We distinguish ourselves from our competitors with our Nebraska Midwest beef program, in house aging program, and fresh Northwest grown poultry products.  This combination of protein items is unique to wholesale meat distributors, and is in high demand by most food service customers.  Specialized portioned and packaged orders, in exact piece counts, can be delivered fresh on a daily basis.

Interbay prides itself on product safety, with our in house USDA HACCP plan, safe handling methods, and on going employee training. We also have a Federally Inspected, on premise grinding program, in which we produce fresh beef and pork items on a daily basis.

We sell some of Seattle's premier fine dining and country club facilities, hotels, casual restaurants, taverns, government accounts, school affiliations, retail Grocery stores and more.

Interbay Food Company offers the highest quality products available in the market today, but we believe our success is based on our commitment to customer service, and our knowlegeable and professional sales staff. We realize that you depend on us for more than quality products, counting on our timely deliveries, food preparation ideas, market reports, safe handling methods, and personal hands on customer service.
